This immersive, Halloween Party Experience taking place for 3 nights only in London, UK will bring the Donnie Darko universe to life in an 80's Halloween House Party setting. Guests in Halloween attire will enter through a facade inspired by the Darko house, with actors, live music, and tech-enhanced visuals, creating an engaging, dream-like experience that mirrors the tangent universe. Do I need to have watched Donnie Darko?

No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.

Are food and drink available?

Yes, food and themed beverages will be available to purchase at the experience.

No, smoking or vaping is not allowed at the experience. However, you will be able to find designated smoking areas.

Yes, they are allowed.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available at the event for purchase, but we recommend buying tickets in advance, as tickets are limited per hour. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event. Our main ticketing partner is FEVERUP.

Where can I get tickets?

Via our BUY NOW ticket tabIn the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.On the Fever website.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our Terms and Conditions.

How can VIP Admission guests reschedule their sessions?

VIP Admission ticket holders are able to request a change of date/time up to 24 hours before their session. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything; you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue. You ticket will be scanned at the door before entry.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't ﬁnd my ticket. What can I do?

ou can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket, please contact us.

When should I arrive?

The experience will last for over 70 minutes of pure excitement! We kick things off right at the first session time, but we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to soak up all the pre-party fun happening outside the front of the Darko Halloween Party House. You won't want to miss out on the spook-tacular activities and thrills waiting to greet you! Oh, don’t forget to bring your toilet roll to through in the Darko’s front yard tree.

What happens if I arrive late?

We want to ensure you experience this event to the fullest. In order to do so, we encourage customers to please arrive at the venue before your start time outlined on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your ticket will remain valid but entry will be dependent on the space available in the next slot. Please note, that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not permitted at the venue.

Are service dogs allowed?

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals so best to email us first before purchasing a ticket at info@cinaesthesiaproductions.com

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do children under 3 years old have to pay for the ticket?

Children under 3 receive free entry to the experience without tickets.

Is there parking available?

Yes, street parking is available around the area, but we recommend taking a taxi, train, or bus, as our location is centrally situated in London with excellent transport links just a short walk from the venue.

Can a mobility scooter be used?

Yes, the motorized scooter may be used throughout the experience.

Will there be places for me to sit down in each room? Is it all step free?

There are not seating places in every room. The experience is mostly on foot. The surface is flat throughout, with no stairs or elevation changes.

Is this suitable for pregnancy?

Yes, experience is suitable for pregnancy.
